We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and team management. Duties
– Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
– Create and develop new menu items
– Ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with food safety standards
– Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Collaborate with restaurant management to develop cost-effective menus
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
-Must have a strong background in A’la Carte and banqueting service
– Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
– Familiarity with food safety regulations
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
