ITV’s Loose Women has announced an “intimate” new project away from the main show, with panellists Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore and Kaye Adams sharing the news
ITV’s Loose Women is set to get even more personal with the launch of a new podcast, Loose Women: The Podcast, coming this March.
During the latest episode, panellist Kaye Adams shared the exciting news that the podcast will officially kick off on Tuesday, March 4.
“After more than 25 years on your TV screens, we’re getting even looser. As if that was possible,” Adams said to the audience. She added that the inspiration came partly from the Talkathon, which led to deeper conversations among the panellists due to having more time to chat.

According to the press release, Loose Women: The Podcast will feature various dynamic duos from the award-winning show, diving into extended commentary and conversation on a wide range of topics, from current affairs to entertainment, along with their personal experiences. “As well as taking a deep dive on the topics close to their hearts, viewers will also be able to directly ask the questions that they’ve always wanted to know about the show and the women themselves.”
Jane Moore, another panellist, highlighted the interactive aspect of the podcast, inviting listeners to send in their queries.
“It’s not just us, you guys can ask us anything,” she confirmed. “So, you can send in questions and we’ll answer them, kind of… To the best of our ability! So, it’ll be really interactive and involve all the listeners.”
Nadia Sawahla commented: “It’s going to be really behind-the-scenes… That backstage stuff which I always think is really interesting on other shows” and further added: “Over the years, we always leave the stage and chat on and on.”
Adams wrapped up by saying: “It’s the right word I think, intimate, and as you say, you can watch it but for a lot of people, it’s in your ears.”
Loose Women broadcasts on weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1 and is also available for streaming on ITVX.
