Stacey Solomon has shared a last-minute Valentine’s Day u-turn where she ended up in another country.

The former ITV X-Factor and I’m A Celebrity star shared a touching Instagram post with husband Joe Swash.

And she revealed that they weren’t even in the country they planned when February 14 rolled around.

The pair were supposed to be in Switzerland – but ended up in Paris.

She posted: “Happy Valentines Day from the very unexpected Eiffel Tower. We missed our train tomorrow Switzerland.

“So it was a night in Paris instead. So we came to the Eiffel Tower because why not? The boys though it was the best mistake that ever happened they’ve always wanted to see it Happy Friday everyone lots of love from all of us in Paris…”

Meanwhile, Stacey has been sharing heartfelt glimpses into her family life with her massive Instagram following, revealing the emotional journey of seeing her children reach significant milestones.

Beloved by fans for her authenticity, the Loose Women panelist took to her Instagram Story to post a touching photo with her son Zachary after picking him up from college.

She expressed her feelings candidly, saying: “Zachary time. Picked up Zach from college and we are learning to drive. Honestly, where does the time go?”

The TV favourite also shared her emotional reaction as her youngest child takes his first steps into nursery, stating: “My eldest is learning to drive and my youngest is off to nursery tomorrow. My heart can’t cope,” along with an emotive teary-eyed emoji.
