A man suffered ‘potentially serious injuries’ following an ‘incident’ in Wolverhampton.
Emergency services were called to the scene – near Broad Lane – at around 1.21pm on Monday, March 10.
Medics arrived to find a man who required hospital treatment.

He had suffered ‘potentially serious injuries’, a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said.
They continued: “We were called to an incident near to Broad Lane, Wolverhampton at 1.21pm.
“We sent an ambulance to the scene where, on arrival, crews found a man who they treated for potentially serious injuries before conveying him to hospital.”

Social media users were saying that nearby Uplands Avenue had been ‘taped off’ on the ‘Bantock Park side’.
One said: “Looks very serious” Drove past earlier. Police cars, ambulance and road taped off.”
Another said: “Quite a few police and ambulance. All taped off. Hope nothing too serious.”
A third wrote: “I went past about an hour ago, armed police walking about.”
However by 4.15pm, the road had reopened according to one Facebook user who said: “All open now, just been through there in the car.”
