What is the plot of Ten Pound Poms?
Ten Pound Poms is based on real-life British citizens who migrated to Australia for £10 after the Second World War.
The scheme was introduced by the Australian government to boost the population and it ended in 1982.
Ten Pound Poms follows a fictional family who make the decision to leave Britain in the 1950s.
Season 2 will continue to follow nurse Kate Thorne (Michelle Keegan) and the Roberts family (Faye Marsay and Warren Brown) on their adventure down under.
How many episodes are there of Ten Pound Poms?
There are currently six episodes of Ten Pound Poms which you can catch up and watch on BBC iPlayer.
Season 2 will feature six episodes, bringing the total count to 12.
Ten Pound Poms will premiere on BBC One and iPlayer at 9pm on March 9, airing weekly on BBC One.
