Snow and rain are predicted for many areas of the UK
Chilly conditions are expected to return to the UK within days.
Weather maps from WX Charts indicate that 28 counties across Britain could soon see snow.
Data for March 9 suggest wintry weather will make a return to the country, along with freezing conditions and downpours.
The conditions are likely to impact most parts of Scotland, as well as the north east of England.
Temperature levels are predicted to drop to a chilly -2C in the Scottish Highlands, while other areas may see between 0-2C.
According to the maps, the Highlands, Perth & Kinross, and Stirling may see the worst of the weather.

Very cold conditions and rain could be seen near to Argyll & Bute, the maps show, Express reports.
In its long-range forecast for March 2 to March 11, the Met Office said there could be night frosts and some foggy patches in the mornings.
Unsettled conditions are anticipated and are most likely to dominate the country’s weather.
It reads: “A split in weather conditions is likely across the country for the start of spring.
“Northwestern areas will see bouts of rain and stronger winds as Atlantic weather systems arrive from the west.
“These spells of wet and windy weather will move southeast to some degree at times.
“However, high pressure is likely to have more influence across the south of the UK, at least at first.
“Here, there should be a good deal of fine/dry weather during early March with a chance of night frosts and morning fog patches.
“Through the course of this period there is an increasing chance of unsettled conditions becoming more dominant across the UK.
“Temperatures generally around average, notwithstanding some chilly nights, though with milder interludes likely.”
