In the 9 years he’s been with the NEC Group, Dave has brought stability, calm, and forward-thinking to the NEC brigade, having worked at large-scale events like Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and the Ryder Cup in Ireland. Dave has over 36 years’ experience working in the industry having cooked for large caterers, hotels, and under renowned chefs, David’s journey from pot-wash at 15 to Executive Chef showcases his passion, skill, and creativity. He emphasises planning, creativity, and seasonality to deliver consistent, high-quality menus that suit any event, from concerts to stand-up shows.
